Our FDA cleared Resolution™ HPLC assay combines HbF and HbA2 quantitation with Hb variant characterization all in a single sample batch. There are no columns or reagents to change or samples to re-prepare. Samples are assayed using a 4-minute Quick Scan program to quantitate HbF and HbA2 and to screen for abnormal results. Those samples with abnormal results are automatically reflexed to the 10-minute High Resolution program to quantitate and further characterize the hemoglobins present. No operator intervention is needed once the instrument is started.

• Samples can be whole blood, hemolysates or dried blood spots.
